Six Practices

1. Five silent meals or snacks in the week

2. What are practical ways to reduce stress?

3. Five 15 minutes sessions of mindfulness of breathing in a week

4. Daily units of 20 minutes of exercise (increase level of heartbeat) in a week

5. Keep notes reflection on the practice. Write as much as is appropriate for you

6. Keep a diary of your daily/weekly practices.
