12 Practices to Develop

  1. Three 10 minutes meditations per day. Sit in Silence. Sit in Stillness. Sit with full presence.

  2. One vegan meal per day ot more.

  3. Daily Walk. Unfamiliar streets, the park, woods, countryside - with senses open and receptive

  4. No use of mobile phone, except to make or receive a phone call.

  5. Two original acts of kindness for others.

  6. Read a spiritual/sacred text or poem daily. Read slowly or read aloud.

  7. Keep journal of your spiritual experiences and practices.

  8. Reflect on what you need to let go of and act.

  9. Reflect on what you need to develop.

  10. Join a community of the like-minded, either person-to-persons, online or start one.

  11. Say open to secular, spiritual, religious experiences.

  12. Do not turn your back of diversity of exploration.
